My time at Relative Solutions was well-spent yet I am an entrepreneur at heart and being back at the firm I founded in 1998 is the best place for me in terms of serving multigenerational enterprising families and educating and collaborating with the professionals who work with them.
I will continue to work with families sharing assets (operating businesses as well as financial families sharing investments, real estate and trusts) to help them manage the challenges of working together across generations. Key among these is developing leadership, making decisions together, having productive (though difficult) conversations and working together fruitfully.
